Tony Ridgway and his team of pastry specialists and bakers loves to bake! The notorious Naples chef who puts taste above variety (he'd rather sell the best tasting key lime tart than 14 varieties of German danishes) has made a vow to deliver maximum flavor with every baked good item.

Everything is prepared from scratch daily with superb ingredients, many of which are imported from France, including flours, fruit purees and chocolates.
